Create an account and one restaurant with up to 2 of your own dishes, their 2 real 3D models, one menu and a test QR code. You send the captures following our instructions; our team creates and checks the models before activation. No credit card is required. Table ordering, bulk import, custom tableware and team accounts are reserved for paid plans.

They start when your first 3D model is approved; you have 30 days after creating the restaurant to send your captures. At the end, no subscription or payment starts automatically: the public menu closes and your dashboard stays viewable. If you choose a paid plan, your dishes, 3D models and QR code are kept, and the plan’s setup fee applies.

You can start with the free trial at €0, with no credit card. Essential costs €49 excl. VAT per month plus €290 excl. VAT setup, including 10 3D models. Signature costs €79 per month plus €490 setup with 20 models. Large menu costs €129 per month plus €790 setup with 40 models. Setup plus the first month comes to €339, €569 and €919 excl. VAT, including after the trial. ELUNEA takes no commission on orders.

No. The menu opens in the browser after scanning the QR code, with no guest account or app to download.

The menu works in recent mobile browsers. On compatible devices, AR opens with Quick Look on iPhone or Scene Viewer on Android. If AR is not available, the dish page, photos and ordering remain accessible.

It depends on the number of dishes and 3D models to create. We confirm the steps and schedule with you, case by case, before starting.

With table ordering enabled, the server gives guests a six-digit code for their table and current meal. When guests leave, your team must close the table in ELUNEA: previous codes and access can then no longer send orders, even if the page stays open. The next table session gets a new code. As a fallback, the code also expires automatically six hours after opening. The system does not detect when guests leave, so expiry does not replace your team closing the table. Completing an order does not close the table. Guests can still use the link to browse the menu.

No. Orders are received and tracked in the ELUNEA dashboard. Integration with a till, payment terminal or printer is not included in the standard plans; it is only included if explicitly studied with you.

ELUNEA lets you enter and display the 14 allergens that must be declared in the EU. This information is declared by your restaurant, which remains responsible for its accuracy, updates and compliance.

Yes. A connection is needed to load content that is not yet cached, launch AR and send an order. Test the menu with the real network coverage in your dining room.

No. The same real 3D model lets guests rotate the dish through 360° and place it on their table in AR on a compatible phone. There is no separate AR fee or app to install.

Text, prices, descriptions and availability can be updated without limit. A new dish needing a new 3D model uses one of your 3, 6 or 12 monthly units. The Daily special option adds 30 units for €149 excl. VAT/month. Send captures in advance: we confirm production timing and cannot guarantee completion before the same day’s service.

Contact us through the chat or the form as soon as your request exceeds your included allowance, even for only 2 models. We check your remaining units and confirm the quantity, price and timing in a quote. Extra production starts only after your agreement; there are no automatic overage charges.

The €149 excl. VAT one-time option adds View in 3D / AR links to one editable website menu for your 10, 20 or 40 launch models. We check compatibility before you order and test the links on mobile. Models use your plan’s existing allowance. Embedded viewers, synchronisation, redesigns and later website changes are quoted separately.

No. Your team sends a 360° video or series of photos following our instructions. We reconstruct and check the 3D models remotely, and confirm the production schedule with you before starting.
